Having just returned from the European Blue Zones of Sardinia and Ikaria where we didn’t have any/many milky coffees, we talk about the “creep” of milk.

We also discuss WHEN is the best time to drink coffee, the role of added fat (MCT oils, etc and the rise of Bulletproof coffees), as well as the different tools you might consider in order to have the perfect coffee at home.
