100NO 513: Clare Bothmann is 100 Not Out and thriving

Episode Summary

Clare Bothman has not only lived through multiple wars (like all centenarians), she has witnessed the introduction of “town” water, electricity, television, telephones, mobile phone, the internet, and so much more.

It’s quite incredible when you consider how much change can take place in 100 years.

But most impressively is the way Clare has handled adversity in her life.

Having grieved for her first husband and all three siblings (who all died from cancer), Clare knows a thing or too about living with grace whilst going through tough times.

Enjoy this chat with another thriving centenarian in Clare Bothmann.
