100NO 480: Stress v The Perfect Diet & Longevity

Episode Summary

We’re in an ongoing conversation and pondering the role good food and stress plays in our efforts to age gracefully.

There’s no doubt that a great diet becomes even more important as we age, because a poor diet contributes so heavily to chronic disease. Over a third of all cancers and diabetes are a direct result of obesity. And in the spirit of personal accountability, obesity is within our control.

But just how strict or fixed do we need to be? And what if our diet is causing bucketloads of stress?

Again, this is a conversation we could have for a very long time. But today, we give it a good belting for half an hour in an effort to bring more clarity to your approach to food and the rest of your life.
