When is the best time of the day to enjoy a coffee? The bulletproof phenomenon has seen many people start their day with a coffee. Whilst others use coffee as a stimulant to get them through the day. Some are unable to metabolise caffeine well at all, whereas some can drink coffee and feel little difference.
