100NO 258: 54 and Fat to 59 and Flying With Jenni Andrews

Episode Summary

Like it or not, most people that go on a diet don’t keep it off.

The longer it goes, the harder it gets for most people.

That’s why Jenni Andrews is an inspiration. She turned her life around age 54.

Jenni’s revolution began when she came across Cyndi O’Meara’s Changing Habits Changing Lives in 2013 and hasn’t looked back since. Not only has she lost 30 kilograms in that time, she has kept the weight off and completely revolutionised her life.

Her story is an inspiration to many, and we are honoured to bring it to you on 100 Not Out.
