Nurture, transform and immerse yourself in Australia’s wellness hot spot – Byron Bay.
Just a 45 minute drive from Gold Coast and Ballina airports, Byron Bay is lush with incredible natural beauty, a breath-taking landscape, exquisite beaches, world-class food and a community culture like no other.

Byron Bay is without doubt Australia’s unofficial Blue Zone. It’s the epicentre of wellness and a great long life. Over the course of 7 unforgettable days you’ll not only find out why, but you’ll Experience it.

The mantra of the 7-day Byron Bay Longevity Experience is to “learn by doing”. Our days are spent LIVING the longevity lifestyle. Ensconced just a nice stroll from the iconic lighthouse, you’ll quickly get used to gourmet breakfasts, long lunches and sunset dinners interspersed with breath-taking walks, inspiring workshops, life-changing conversations, swimming in the ocean and so much more.

This is no ordinary “tour”. These 7 days truly are an Experience. Led and facilitated by wellness and longevity authorities Dr Damian Kristof & Marcus Pearce – you’ll learn not just what makes Byron Bay a wellness hotspot; you’ll discover how you can take it all home with you.

PARADISE AWAITS

The Byron Bay Longevity Lifestyle

For 7 days you’ll live LIKE a local, WITH the locals. Each day of the Experience begins with a walk to the lighthouse or a swim in the majestic Pacific ocean followed by a gourmet breakfast of locally grown produce and inspiring conversation.

Movement and socialising are a large part of the Byron culture and lifestyle. On at least one night we will attend our favourite restaurant which we like to call Little Ikaria. Officially known as Kouzina, we’ll share with you the Ikarian lifestyle whilst we eat Ikarian food and create our own panigiri – a local festival where we feast on locally sourced meats and vegetables, bread, tzatziki, wine, Greek salad and hot chips! And, most importantly, dance the night away and make friends for life.

Rest, Relaxation & Rejuvenation – bYRON Style!

No one does rest, relaxation and rejuvenation like Byron Bay.

From transformational meditation and breath work to quiet walks along the beach or in the hinterland, you’ll experience true rejuvenation at our Longevity Experience. And most importantly, you’ll be shown how to apply them when you return home. During your rest time, we can refer you to the best massage, facial and wellness centres in the region to truly maximise your time in Byron Bay.

This trip has exceeded my expectations. I am inspired by the incredible connection to family in Ikaria. I have learnt so much whilst here, from being OK to eat late (and go to bed late!), to reconnecting with the things I love to do. I feel more present, more flexible in body and mind, and have a greater awareness of natural movement which I’ll be taking home with me.

I have a question that's not on here.

No problem! Just email [email protected] and Marcus will return your email as quickly as you can say Ikaria!

I have learnt to step out of my comfort zone in some key areas of life. Communal meals, the laughter, and group integration workshops have been a highlight. To see Damian and Marcus in action was a privilege. I have never experienced such peace and calm like I have on this Experience.

Marcus Pearce

In a former life Marcus Pearce was a workaholic journalist, radio and television producer. That past life included an obsession with AFL football, which led him to create The Run Home on Victorian all-sports station SEN 1116, and work as an associate producer at Channel Nine’s The Footy Show.

That life also included years as a smoking, binge-drinking, overweight, pimply statistic-waiting-to-happen.

The beginning of the revolution came when he met his now-wife Sarah, a wellness chiropractor. Embarking not just on a magnificent relationship but a complete lifestyle and philosophical change, Marcus began to slowly take away his least healthy habits and replace them with life-extending, empowering ones.

The transformation from an addicted smoker to extreme (not necessarily healthy) vegan (sometimes raw) and now back again to somewhere in the middle has taken him on an incredible journey where he’s met, learnt from and worked with a range of leaders in the health and empowerment world including leading doctors, chiropractors, dentists and Tony Robbins, Dr John Demartini and Eddie McGuire.

Marcus is passionate about teaching people not to silently approve what we read in the papers and online, watch on TV and listen to on the radio. Instead, Marcus is about relentlessly challenging people to be their own person, their own “scientific researcher”, their own creator of health, so that they can live their life on their own terms and not someone else’s.
